101 Jewelry Lane is a brand new concept in an on-line website community. This site draws on the best practices of the most exclusive  brick and mortar world housing developers to create a unique approach to web hosting and mirroring.  Complete with choice plots, custom built houses, a community association, and a top notch website architect, 101 Jewelry Lane can work with you on every level.

  • With only 50 sites for sale, you will never be lost in the crowds.  Here you will have a face, a home and a community with the same goals you have.
  • Our goal is to market the jewelry related items displayed on your sites, not to market our services to other businesses.
  • Our server has a 99.9% or better up time rate.  Your site will be working for you every hour of every day.  There are no commissions to eat up your profits.  There is, however, a small set up fee (based on your location in the community) and a low monthly fee.  It costs less to host here than it does to host with traditional sites that offer no marketing support.  Mirror sites pay a minimal fee.
  • You are automatically part of a community association involved in the policies and procedures used to run your development.

What am I getting for my money?

  1. Fees will help pay for the communities inclusion into ALL of the major search engines including Yahoo, Inktomi Databases and Infoseek Databases. These Databases feed Google, Ask, AOL, MSN, Iwon and a host of other search engines.
  2. Submitting the site to the major search engines is just one area of marketing I will pursue.  I will consistently and continuously look for more marketing avenues.   My goal is to pull in targeted traffic.  Your goal can be to convert the traffic to sales.
  3. We will have a community list (forum). This is where we will all openly discuss community improvements and issues. You will automatically be placed on  this list when you become a member of the 101 Jewelry Lane community.   Your voice counts here.  
  4. 101 Jewelry Lane is the just the first of our concept malls.  Future development plans include 101 Artisan Lane.  Both communities will attract the same type of buyer, so we can generate cross traffic.  Your exposure will grow while you remain one of the exclusive residents in our small community.
  5. Please remember that we can't guarantee you sales. What we can and will do is generate the traffic to bring the customers to your door,  and help you develop an entrance that is inviting and memorable. It is up to you to carry quality items at reasonable prices.

What are my costs?

  1. Set up fees are a one time start up fee.  This fee varies by your home's placement in 101 Jewelry Lane.  Plots fees run from $70.00.
  2. Yearly fees are based on your web site needs.  Basic site here for $50.00 a year.

How do I join this community?

  1. Read all the information and agree to the terms. There are no contracts to sign. Nothing is written in stone. Here a handshake is accepted and respected! As with any community we do have a few basic rules:  Every site must have jewelry related content.  All activities conducted on these sites must be legal.  No site owner is allowed to spam.
  2. After you have made the decision to join our little online community you have to pick a plot.
  3. If this is your first website, you should choose your site name and colors.  You can design your own site or we can design it for you (at an additional charge).  Our navigation bar includes a link to the fee schedules for all available options.
  4. Now yo u're ready for the fun part - you get to choose a house. We can customize the house for you, incorporating your own sites color schemes and logos.  This customization is part of the set up fees.
