ORDERING:

NOTICE:  ALL ORDERS SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE, First Email received, First Sold!!

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Email me at gemstonegirl@101jewelrylane.com with the page title, Item number, brief descriptio n and purchase price.
Please include your name, mailing address, and email address.
I will email you within 24 to 48 hours  with confirmation of sale.
Confirmation email will include your total costs including shipping and insurance charges. Please do not send payment
until order is confirmed.

Upon confirmation of order, you items will be put on hold for 10 days, if payment not received within that time, item will
be placed back up for sale.
I ship insured, priority mail.  $3.50 to 3.95 depending on weight and insurance is 1.10 per $50.00 in sales.

SHIPPING ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME...

I accept Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal.

Checks will need to clear the bank before items are sent. (Can take up to 10 days). To pay by PayPal just click on the PayPal Link.
Shipping Days are Tuesdays and Fridays. For items purchased with Checks, items will be sent on the closest shipping day after Check Clears.


REFUND POLICY

I do the best I can to describe items as accurately as possible, but if you are not satisfied with your item(s) please do the following:

1.   Notify me by email within 48 hours of receipt of item with your intent of return.
2.   All items must be returned in the original condition, box and packaging, as it was sent to you, via priority mail and insured to

3.   A Refund check will be issued for the purchase price less shipping and insurance costs within 72 hours of receiving returned item(s).


DAMAGED ITEMS

I do my best to package carefully and thoroughly, but I am not responsible for items once mailed.  I will follow the proper procedures in accordance with the US Postal Service in case of loss or damage for the insured item(s).
