REFUND POLICY : It is my policy to represent items to you to the best of my ability, and if I have unintentionally misrepresented an item, the following policy will apply regarding refunds:
Refunds only if I have misrepresented item-no refunds made for items returned to me without prior email notification to me of problem. If I have misrepresented an item, request for refund to be made by email to me the within 24 hrs. from when you receive package. So please, check your merchandise when you receive it! Refund will be made when I receive item back in same condition as sent to you.
Refunds for lost "insured" packages: I will send you the insurance receipt when I have received notification from you that you have not received package(post office requires a wait of 30 days from shipment date to qualify as "lost mail"). You then should process a lost package claim thru your Postal system. Your refund will come from the Postal system.
Refunds for damaged "insured" packages: You must present package & damaged merchandise to your Post Office, and at that time file a claim for damaged merchandise. Please notify me of merchandise damaged thru postal error and I will send you the insurance receipt so you will be able to process your claim and receive a refund thru the Postal system.
Having your package insured is the only way you can qualify for a refund from the Post Office for a lost package or damaged merchandise.
Checks- Fee for a bounced check is $ 25.00.
